Valerie is hotheaded, so she can be fire. Jazz can be water since I believe Gi had the most intelluctual mind, Tucker would make a good heart, he usually is the one who keeps others together, Sam can be wind since they're both pretty much the most stubborn chicks in the show, and Vlad's...well, he's pretty much stuck with Earth, so he gets to say, "Let our powers combine!"
