I feel sorry for Vlad's former fiancees... he he he.
Vlad's jealousy is palpable. It's nice that although Charlie can be bright and bubbly, you gave him more aspects to his character. He knows what he wants and needs to do, and he also knows what he'd like to have, but he'll do what it takes for him to be himself. He's promiscuous with a heart.
Funny thing is, I think beneath the jealousy, I think Charlie's confession got some respect from Vlad.
